I charge $5,000 for a detailed, market-backed valuation and go-to-market strategy. Most brokers and advisors offer “free” valuations, usually inflated to win your business. I don’t play that game. My analysis is grounded in what your business can actually sell for based on real market insight, data, and in-market experience. You’ll get a clear-eyed view of value, a custom marketing plan, and a deliverable you can actually use to make strategic decisions - whether you sell now or later. If you move forward with me to sell your business, the $5,000 fee is credited toward the ultimate success fee on close of the sale of your business.
