I started my career as an investment banker at the highest level of finance and M&A at some of the largest investments banks in North America. Over 15 years of experience, countless hours, long nights, weekends, executing on over $20 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions. I have vast experience and have developed the skills needed to successfully execute, negotiate, and close M&A transactions. After more than a decade covering multi-billion dollar corporations, I wanted to take my skills where people needed them the most, helping business owners realize on their legacy and hard work. I spent several years advising on M&A in the lower middle market, developing relationships, and building trust in the community. I now focus solely on Restoration and related businesses in the US. I have a passion for doing deals and helping business owners realize on the value they've built to secure the future for themselves and their families.
